White Collar Crime Lawyer Role

We are hiring an experienced White Collar Crime Lawyer to lead and manage complex criminal and commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for legal professionals with strong courtroom exposure, independent drafting capabilities, and hands-on experience before higher judicial forums.

The White Collar Crime Lawyer will handle high-stakes cases involving financial crimes, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings. The position requires regular appearances before tribunals and courts, along with end-to-end litigation management.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will independently manage matters involving investigation agencies, regulatory bodies, and commercial disputes. This includes court filings, hearings, compliance procedures, and coordination with senior advocates.

You will represent clients in criminal, civil, and commercial matters while ensuring strategic legal positioning and procedural accuracy at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage white collar criminal litigation including CBI and ED matters

• Appear before NCLT, DRT, Sessions Courts, Bombay High Court, and Supreme Court

• Draft and argue writ petitions, appeals, and bail applications

• Handle CBI and ED bail matters with strong procedural understanding

• Manage end-to-end litigation lifecycle including filings and compliance

• Represent clients in complex commercial and criminal disputes

• Coordinate and brief senior advocates

• Maintain strong client communication and case tracking

Qualifications & Experience

• LL.B with State Bar Council enrollment (LL.M preferred)

• Strong experience in criminal and commercial litigation

• Proven capability to independently argue and manage matters

• Exposure to higher judiciary and quasi-judicial tribunals

• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and legal research skills
