We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple job requirements across various business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles on a pan-India level.
- Working closely with the Managing Partner to understand job requirements and business needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Sourcing potential candidates through job portals, references, and social networking platforms.
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination:
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between shortlisted candidates and clients.
- Ensuring seamless communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Post-Recruitment Coordination:
- Handling offer negotiations and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Database Management & Reporting:
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database for future recruitment needs.
- Preparing and sharing regular MIS reports (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual) on recruitment activities and progress.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in using job portals and social networking sites for sourcing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
