Role Overview – Sr. Executive

As a Sr. Executive – Contract Booking & Activation, you will manage incoming contracts, ensure compliance, execute timely payouts, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and provide high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities

Contract Processing & Compliance

  • Manage incoming contract documentation through integrated digital systems.

  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and policy-compliant.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and complete validation checks before activation.

Timely Execution

  • Maintain consistent turnaround times from document receipt to payout.

  • Adhere to programmatic timelines and service level agreements.
