We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will
be responsible for processing contract bookings, ensuring timely activation and payout of
leases, and supporting our digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Processing & Compliance:
1.Manage incoming contract documentation through our integrated digital systems.
2. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies.
3.Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and complete all validation checks prior to activation.
• Timely Execution:
Maintain consistent turnaround times from document receipt to payout, adhering to programmatic timelines and service level agreements.
• Professional Development:
1. Take ownership of your individual development plan, progressing through Account Executive levels.
2. Achieve key milestones, including successful completion of regulatory exams and training within designated timeframes.
• Digital Transformation Support:
Contribute to digital evolution by embracing new technologies and processes that enhance efficiency and improve customer funding experiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve queries effectively and deliver exceptional service through both written and verbal communication.
