We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Corporate Trusteeship services. The role involves cultivating strong client relationships, exploring new market opportunities, and collaborating with teams to enhance product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a strategic mindset to contribute to revenue generation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Identify new market opportunities through research, market intelligence, regulators, and forums.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and cross-sell products across markets.
- Liaise with clients for Corporate Trusteeship services such as debenture trustee, security trustee, securitization trustee, share pledge trustee, AIF trustee, employee welfare trustee services, escrow agent, facility agent, and safe-keeping.
- Schedule client meetings and execute post-meeting deliverables efficiently.
- Prepare presentations tailored to client needs, market potential, and new product initiatives.
- Drive client acquisition and develop existing relationships to achieve revenue and recovery targets.
- Collaborate with Debt Capital Market, Syndication Teams, and Banks to identify opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Trusteeship services and related financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on market research and intelligence.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
