Key Responsibilities
PMS Distribution Management
Develop and manage PMS distribution through national distributors, IFAs, and other financial intermediaries. Furthermore, identify new channel opportunities to expand regional presence.
AUM Growth Strategy
Drive consistent growth in Assets Under Management by strengthening relationships with partners. Additionally, create action plans to improve partner productivity.
Client & Partner Engagement
Meet prospective PMS clients and explain strategies in a clear, structured manner. At the same time, address concerns using a data-driven approach.
Market Expertise
Apply knowledge of stock markets, allocation models, and portfolio management strategies while communicating confidently with stakeholders.
Query Resolution
Resolve product and strategy-related queries using analytical reasoning and factual insights.
Qualifications & Skills Required
5–7 years of experience in wealth management or PMS distribution
CA, CFA, MBA, Certified Portfolio Manager, Engineering, or Postgraduate qualification
Strong understanding of market dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Independent, goal-oriented, and proactive approach
