🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for LED lighting products
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with sales teams for lead generation and target achievement
Manage product positioning and new product launch strategies
Build relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, and consultants
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact
Prepare reports, forecasts, and management presentations
Manage marketing budgets effectively
Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events
⚙️ Required Skills
Strong understanding of LED lighting products and market trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Engineering background preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing
Experience in lighting, electrical, or industrial products preferred
