JOB DESCRIPTION: –
Coordinating with Managing Partner regarding job opening.
Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites; screening profiles, conducting telephonic interview and shortlisting candidates.
Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the clients.
Post recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients. Vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining.
Maintaining a database of resources, preparing MIS report (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annually).
