Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Operational Excellence (OpX) initiatives under three key levers: Process Optimization, Operational Management, and Lean Culture.
- Facilitate and support daily/weekly team huddles to monitor performance and escalate issues.
- Lead process documentation efforts including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and execute Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects using Lean tools and data-driven methods.
- Conduct Gemba walks with the Management Team and document actionable insights and standardization opportunities.
- Organize and lead CPI sessions and promote Lean thinking across support teams.
- Assist in SOC 1 and SOC 2 certification efforts by coordinating compliance activities and documentation.
- Provide training and coaching on Lean methodologies and DLL’s global OpX initiatives.
- Report project progress and improvement outcomes to India SSC leadership and Global OpX teams.
- Track and communicate benefits delivered through OpX initiatives (customer, financial, and operational).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Management.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
- Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with visual management techniques and change management tools.
- Experience in the asset financing domain is a plus.
