Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Export Documentation Management
Prepare and review essential documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Furthermore, ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
Port & Shipment Coordination
Liaise with port authorities and freight forwarders to manage shipment schedules. As a result, cargo movement remains efficient and timely.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
Monitor export regulations and ensure full compliance with government policies and international trade requirements.
Record Maintenance & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of export transactions. In addition, prepare periodic reports for management review.
Issue Resolution
Identify documentation discrepancies and resolve them promptly to avoid shipment delays.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in export operations or freight forwarding
Bachelor’s degree in BA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification
Strong understanding of export documentation and port procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong coordination and communication abilities
Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools
