Role Overview – IT Administrator & Zoho Developer
As an IT Administrator & Zoho Developer, you will develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications while ensuring smooth IT operations. Additionally, you will support insurance management systems, manage integrations, and enhance automation processes to improve operational efficiency and data security.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Suite Development & Administration

Develop and customize Zoho apps including CRM, Books, People, Creator, and Projects.

Implement workflows, automation, and custom functions using Zoho Deluge scripting.

Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.

Train users and provide ongoing technical support to improve adoption.
Insurance Technology Platform Support

Administer and support core insurance management systems.

Maintain data integrity, backups, and migration processes.

Ensure documentation and reporting compliance within the insurance broking industry.
Integration & Automation

Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.

Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors when required.

Maintain clear documentation of workflows, configurations, and integrations.
User Support & System Optimization

Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries.

Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals for new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in Zoho development and administration.

Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and API integrations.

Knowledge of JavaScript and Python is preferred.

Experience supporting insurance or financial systems is an advantage.
