IT Administrator & Zoho Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator & Zoho Developer to manage and enhance our Zoho suite and support our insurance technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho development (Deluge scripting, custom workflows, APIs) and a solid understanding of IT administration, user support, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

🧩 Zoho Suite Development & Administration:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho apps such as CRM, Books, People, Creator, and Projects.
  • Implement custom workflows, functions, and automation using Zoho Deluge scripting.
  • Manage user roles, access permissions, and security settings within the Zoho environment.
  • Train users and provide ongoing support to drive effective adoption of Zoho tools.

🔧 Insurance Tech Platform Support:

  • Administer and support core insurance management systems used in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle data integrity, migration, and backups for insurance tech platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards relevant to the insurance broking industry.

🔄 Integration & Automation:

  • Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to system integrations and coordinate with vendors or external support teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on system workflows, configurations, and integrations.

👥 User Support & Training:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT and system-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop user guides for new tools or features.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and security.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Zoho development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scriptingAPI integrations, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Python is preferred.
  • Experience supporting insurance or financial platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to train users and produce clear technical documentation.
