Investment Banking Fundraising Role

We are hiring a dynamic professional for an Investment Banking Fundraising role focused on equity and debt transactions. This position offers hands-on exposure to investor interactions, financial modeling, and end-to-end deal execution across multiple asset classes.

The selected candidate will support live mandates involving private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), structured finance, and debt placements. If you have strong analytical capabilities and experience in transaction execution, this role provides an accelerated growth path within a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Role Overview

In this Investment Banking Fundraising position, you will work closely with senior bankers and clients to manage documentation, financial analysis, and transaction closure processes. The role requires balancing client-facing responsibilities with backend execution support.

You will gain exposure to real-time negotiations, investor presentations, due diligence coordination, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in equity, debt, PE, VC, and structured finance mandates

• Prepare pitch decks, teasers, information memorandums, and financial models

• Conduct valuation analysis and detailed industry research

• Support investor meetings and manage follow-ups

• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and deal trackers

• Assist in drafting term sheets and transaction documentation

• Maintain investor databases, MIS, and pipeline reports

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fundraising and transaction lifecycle

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and MS Excel

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to handle client-facing discussions and backend execution

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / CA-Inter / Finance Graduate

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
