HR Intern in Navi Mumbai – Role Overview

In this internship, you will support the HR team in daily activities. Along with administrative work, you will assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews. At the same time, you will help manage onboarding documents for new employees.

You will also interact with candidates and employees regularly. Therefore, strong communication skills are important. Additionally, you will learn how HR reports are prepared and presented during meetings.
