Job Description:

Sales (B2B) Head – Project Sales via Architects, Contractors, Builders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and operationalize long-term partnership framework and execution strategy
  • Establish strategic tie-ups across channels crucial for growth and revenue i.e Builders, Contractors, Architects, Hotels, Malls, etc. Maintain healthy relationship for generating business.
  • Liasoning & Promote AC Products through A-Class Architect, Large Contractors, Builders, Developers & get the Sales.
  • Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects. Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Services, Product, Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional associations
  • Create outcome-driven engagement plans with partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships
  • Be the single point of contact for our key partners and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing new, strong B2B partnerships or being a B2B marketer with a proven sales record
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnership channel for a company
  • Previous experience of establishing well-functioning and effective B2B partnerships across industries and outside-the-box- of usual alliances
  • Having experience of Handling project sales, Institutional sales
  • Having experience in Air Conditioning, HVAC industry would be an added advantage.
