Head – Strategic Alliances & Partnership – West

Job Description:

The Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnership for the West region will be responsible for establishing and nurturing B2B partnerships, including collaboration with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders. The primary focus will be driving project sales through these partnerships and expanding the company’s market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Framework: Devise and implement long-term strategies for forming and maintaining strategic alliances to drive business growth.
  • B2B Sales: Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with architects, contractors, builders, and developers. Focus on increasing sales of air conditioning (AC) products in large-scale projects such as hotels, malls, and residential complexes.
  • Project Sales: Promote AC products via partnerships and ensure timely sales completion through a network of A-Class architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, services) to optimize the sales process and maximize visibility and brand recognition.
  • Engagement Plans: Develop outcome-driven engagement plans with partners and track the success and ROI from these partnerships.
  • Single Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison between the organization and key partners, handling escalation and resolution in a timely and proactive manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, and account management, with a proven track record in project sales, especially in institutional sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in enterprise sales, client onboarding, key account management, and B2B corporate sales.
    • Ability to establish effective and unconventional B2B partnerships across various industries.
    • Strong relationship management skills, especially in a project-based or institutional sales environment.
