Role Overview – General Manager Sales Metal Alloy

The General Manager Sales Metal Alloy will be responsible for managing the P&L of the Delhi branch and driving revenue growth across North and Central India. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies for metal alloys and industrial raw materials.

• Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

• Identify key growth products and new market opportunities.

Business Development

• Expand presence in industries such as electrical, electronics, automotive, oil & gas, aerospace, and defense.

• Manage relationships with international suppliers and clients.

• Handle techno-commercial negotiations and high-value contracts.

Financial & Operational Management

• Maintain healthy P&L performance for the Delhi branch.

• Work closely with management in Mumbai to align sales targets and execution plans.

• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence reports.

Compliance & Trade Knowledge

• Ensure knowledge of import-export norms and international trade procedures.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and performance reviews.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in sales and marketing within metals, chemicals, or commodities.

• At least 5 years of team leadership experience.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
