We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive sustainability and circular economy market creation while maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team based in Jodhpur, where trust and team spirit are vital to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Networking: Identify new market opportunities and generate new leads for export sales.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process and collaborate with internal teams to create a world-class customer experience.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Contribute to shaping future sales strategies, building a significant pipeline, and identifying growth channels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create and manage MIS reports to track business performance and sales metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations in export sales.
- Travel: Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in export processes (sales, purchase, logistics, and Incoterms).
- Strong communication skills; fluency in foreign languages will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
