Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with warehouses, Producers / vendors and other agencies like custom clearing agents , shipping line agents , inspection agencies etc. located worldwide.
- Obtaining sales contracts and / or letter of credits and updating status of transactions in SAP.
-Planning shipments and maintaining close coordination with various vendors / their agents / offices
-Arranging space booking on vessels from shipping lines and freight forwarders
-Obtaining B / Ls , shipping documents and other documentation , as required from vendors , shipping lines , forwarders and other agencies etc.
-Updating on SAP and controlling various services teams
-Interaction with internal departments & our overseas client s offices
-Preparing proforma Invoices and Sales Contracts as per instructions of marketing department
-Communicating with overseas customers and sales agents by phone and email on documentation , collections and follow – up on all general matters
-Coordinating with marketing department
-Creating Sales Orders in SAP and follow up on execution of orders
-General customer service and support
-Coordinating and interacting with various service agencies in the course of shipments
-Interaction with internal departments and overseas offices delivering to their requirements
Required experience , skills and knowledge:
-Exposure to international trade , knowledge of shipping terms and documentation is essential
-Must have knowledge of international ocean cargo process
-Good Written and Verbal communication skills
-Sound knowledge of MS word , Excel , Internet , PDF etc.
-Candidates with working knowledge of SAP will be given preference.
-Basic understanding of petroleum product will be an added advantage.
Required Education: Graduate in any discipline
Additional qualification in Import Export.

Experience : 4+ years’ Experience in logistics , supply chain with Export Houses / Freight Forwarding companies.
