Job Description:

Looking for a smart, dependable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner with day-to-day operations and family office tasks. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, handling communication, travel arrangements, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Handle:

  • Managing the Partner’s calendar, meetings & travel
  • Drafting emails, handling calls, and follow-ups
  • Maintaining confidential documents & records
  • Supporting family office needs (documents, service providers, compliance, etc.)
