Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

The Credit Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the MNC and ECA segments. You will apply value-based selling techniques to identify client challenges and align credit insurance solutions with their financial risk management strategies.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with the Regional Commercial Manager to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and channel partners. Conduct due diligence, review case files, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored receivables management and trade credit insurance solutions.

Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and consistent account growth.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Operations, Legal, and Credit Insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems, including pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and case progress.

Provide regular market insights and performance feedback to senior leadership.

Market Representation

Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and networking platforms. Collaborate with brokers and credit insurance partners to deliver integrated financial protection solutions.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in credit insurance or trade credit insurance sales

  • Strong exposure to MNCs, ECAs, and financial institutions

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
