Company Secretary

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and familiarity with FEMA and SEBI regulations. This role requires excellent client management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple compliance and documentation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery and communication.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advise on the Companies Act, 2013, and assist in compliance checklist preparation.
  • Meeting Documentation: Prepare Agendas, Minutes, and Notes for Board, General, and Committee Meetings.
  • Reporting & Filings: Draft reports (e.g., Board Report, Annual Return) and manage ROC filings and FEMA reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of deliverables.
  • FEMA & SEBI Knowledge: Apply a basic understanding of FEMA and SEBI regulations.
