We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team across multiple locations, including Mumbai, Indore, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara, and Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Franchisees, servicing existing ones, and driving business growth within the broking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Franchisees and ensure smooth onboarding, including documentation and registration.
- Conduct regular visits to Franchisees, ensuring they are activated in multiple products (Currency, Commodity, etc.).
- Address queries, payouts, and ensure Franchisee satisfaction.
- Report any suspicious activities to AVP/internal audit.
- Conduct training and support Franchisees in expanding their customer base.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
- Organize investor meets and support Franchisees in business growth.
