Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify potential banking partners that align with COMPANY strategic objectives. Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to foster collaboration and drive growth.
  2. Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential banking partners to secure favorable terms and agreements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts adhere to regulatory requirements and safeguard indiagold’s interests.
  3. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency. Address partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain positive rapport.
  4. Product Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and technology, to integrate indiagold’s offerings with banking partners’ platforms. Ensure seamless integration and alignment with partner systems and processes.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key performance metrics related to partnership initiatives, such as customer acquisition, revenue generation, and market penetration. Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to banking partnerships. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities. Utilize insights to refine partnership strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

Qualifications:
