Role Overview

The Area Service Manager HVAC will assist in managing service operations, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective team coordination. The role demands strong leadership, operational control, and customer handling skills within the HVAC service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

  • Oversee HVAC repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations.

  • Ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.

  • Monitor field teams and maintain operational efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer escalations and service complaints.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and improve service satisfaction.

  • Analyze feedback to enhance service delivery processes.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Supervise spare parts inventory and tool management.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of HVAC equipment and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service management.

  • Supervisory or team leadership exposure.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and Tally.

  • Willingness to travel as per service requirements.
