Job Description:

We are seeking assist in managing service operations, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient team coordination.

Responsibilities:

  1. Service Operations: Oversee repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring prompt resolutions and continuous improvements.
  2. Customer Relations: Handle escalations, maintain strong customer relationships, and analyze feedback for service enhancements.
  3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and industry standards while maintaining accurate records.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts and tools, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.

HVAC Domain is mandatory

Skills / Qualifications

  • Key capabilities – 5 years of service experience, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in service management tools and flexibility for travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP, Tally
