Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for recycled plastic granules and materials.

Identify and establish strong relationships with industrial buyers, converters, and recyclers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through market research, lead generation, and client management.

Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.

Track and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of plastic recycling materials, granules, and processes.

Proven experience in B2B industrial sales (knowledge of B2C sales will be an added advantage).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

High level of initiative, target orientation, and travel readiness.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
