Focus Areas: Multinational Corporations (MNCs), Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) & Financial institutions

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts within the MNC and ECA sectors.
  • Apply value-based selling techniques to identify client pain points and align CLIENTS solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans in coordination with the Regional Commercial Manager to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and channel partners.
  • Conduct due diligence, review case files, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored collection and receivables management solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Operations, Legal, and Credit Insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, including pipeline, forecasts, and case progress.
  • Provide market intelligence and performance feedback to senior management.

Market Engagement & Representation

  • Represent Atradius Collections at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions.
  • Support broker relationships and collaborate with Atradius Credit Insurance colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Present proposals and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including clients, intermediaries, and partners.
