Job Description:
Focus Areas: Multinational Corporations (MNCs), Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) & Financial institutions
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts within the MNC and ECA sectors.
- Apply value-based selling techniques to identify client pain points and align CLIENTS solutions with their strategic goals.
- Develop and execute sales plans in coordination with the Regional Commercial Manager to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and channel partners.
- Conduct due diligence, review case files, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored collection and receivables management solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Operations, Legal, and Credit Insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, including pipeline, forecasts, and case progress.
- Provide market intelligence and performance feedback to senior management.
Market Engagement & Representation
- Represent Atradius Collections at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions.
- Support broker relationships and collaborate with Atradius Credit Insurance colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
- Present proposals and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including clients, intermediaries, and partners.
