We are hiring a Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee project lifecycles, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive project success through effective planning and execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure timely delivery within cost and quality standards.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, addressing escalations and providing updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements and test plans.
- Manage resources and budgets effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Advocate Agile methodologies for efficient product delivery.
- Provide progress updates and reports to senior management.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Experience in Agile project management.
- Background in Fintech/Banking domains is a plus.
