Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Production Engineer / Shift Engineer to manage shop floor operations, ensure process compliance, and achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure production activities are carried out as per process parameters and production plan
Monitor shop floor operations and perform regular inspections
Organize and implement daily production activities
Maintain strict adherence to process control parameters
Identify and correct non-conforming processes/materials
Achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency
Control process rejections and optimize production output
Maintain production and quality records as per QMS standards
Coordinate with Production Control Department
Ensure material accountability and smooth changeover processes
Implement continuous improvement and error-proofing methods
Conduct daily meetings for process improvements
Ensure workplace safety and proper use of safety equipment
Maintain equipment and ensure proper documentation

Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and quality tools (8D, 7QC, 4M change)
Familiarity with Permit to Work System, HIRA, Waste Management
Knowledge of Machine Guarding and Electrical Safety
