Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
Lead and handle White Collar Criminal Litigation, including CBI and ED matters
Regular appearances before NCLT, DRT, Sessions Courts, Bombay High Court, and Supreme Court
Independently draft and argue:
-Writ Petitions
-Court Appeals
-Bail Applications (CBI & ED cases preferred)
Manage end-to-end litigation, including court filings, compliance, and hearings
Represent clients in complex civil, criminal, and commercial matters
Coordinate and brief senior advocates and manage client interactions
Key Qualifications
LL.B with State Bar Council enrollment (LL.M preferred)
Strong experience in criminal and commercial litigation
Proven capability to independently manage and argue matters
Hands-on exposure to the higher judiciary and tribunals
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and legal research skills
