Key responsibilities
Provide basic IT support to internal teams
Support application maintenance and routine system security and health monitoring
Help maintain documentation, SOPs and technical records
Learn cloud hosting, server administration, networking and cybersecurity practices
Assist in software testing and quality assurance activities
Support data backup, software updates and routine maintenance activities
Participate in learning new technologies relevant to business operations
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
You are not expected to know everything. Familiarity with any of the following is an added advantage:
Preferred skills: Basic computer hardware and networking concepts
Windows and Linux operating systems
Database fundamentals (MySQL preferred)
Basic cybersecurity fundamentals
Basic understanding of web applications and APIs
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), highly preferred
Good communication and documentation skills
