Job Description:
Role Summary
Support equity and debt fund-raising mandates by managing investor interactions and end-to-end deal execution, including documentation, analysis, and transaction closure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in equity, debt, PE, VC, and structured finance fund-raising mandates
Support investor presentations, meetings, and follow-ups
Prepare pitch decks, teasers, information memorandums, and financial models
Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and industry research
Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms and deal trackers
Assist with term sheets, documentation, and deal closure activities
Maintain investor databases, MIS, and pipeline reports
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of investment banking and fund-raising processes
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and MS Excel
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage both client-facing and backend execution work
MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / CA-Inter / Finance Graduate
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
