To support trustee services through compliance monitoring, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and investor servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client, transaction, and compliance records.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and track compliance deadlines.
- Coordinate with issuers, investors, stock exchanges, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare reports, notices, correspondence, and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in filing documents with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.
- Support due diligence activities and documentation for new trustee mandates.
- Handle investor queries and ensure timely communication.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of records and reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders for pending documents and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com Graduate.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with a strong interest in finance, compliance, and capital markets are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and compliance activities accurately.
