Delivery Manager – Domestic Recruitment

Role Overview
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for owning end-to-end execution of hiring mandates, ensuring timely closures, achieving team revenue targets, and building a high-performance delivery engine.

Key Responsibilities
Own delivery for all active mandates (mid to senior & leadership hiring)
Ensure TAT adherence and high closure ratios
Drive team billing & revenue targets
Manage, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters
Maintain strong client communication & stakeholder management
Improve delivery efficiency (CV → Interview → Closure funnel)
Ensure quality hiring (fitment, offer-to-join ratio, retention)
Work closely with business development team on new mandates
Experience
6–10 years in recruitment (Agency background mandatory)
2–4 years in team handling
Exposure to mid-senior or leadership hiring
Experience in retained search is a BIG plus (aligned with your strategy)
