About the Role

The Technical Support Executive L1 will provide application support to end-users and clients, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of technical issues. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing support tickets through industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application and technical support to customers and internal teams.

  • Perform remote troubleshooting to resolve software and system-related issues.

  • Manage and track incidents using ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Document known issues, FAQs, and resolution steps for knowledge management.

  • Maintain high service standards in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.

    Required Skills

    • 2–4 years of experience in technical support or application support roles.

    • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and incident management.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to handle customer escalations effectively.

    • Structured approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
