Role Overview – Personal Assistant
As a Personal Assistant, you will manage day-to-day personal tasks, coordinate family logistics, and ensure smooth household operations. Additionally, you will oversee travel arrangements, insurance renewals, investments coordination, and property-related matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Documentation Management

Arrange travel for family members including flights, hotels, transport, and detailed itineraries.

Assist with visa applications, renewals, and required documentation.
Insurance & Financial Coordination

Manage and track personal and family insurance policies (health, life, vehicle).

Coordinate renewals, claims, and related documentation.

Liaise with investment advisors and maintain records of family investments and financial documents.
Property & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with real estate agents, facility managers, and vendors for property matters.

Oversee rentals, repairs, property visits, and service arrangements.
Personal & Household Management

Schedule and manage personal appointments (doctors, salons, consultants).

Required Skills & Qualifications
