Motivational Initiatives:
- Devise and present impactful proposals for Rewards & Recognition (R&R) drives.
- Ensure regular engagement activities to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
Target Achievement:
- Drive bank channel teams to meet the targets assigned to branches and clusters.
- Strive to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Strategy Implementation:
